Staff Accountant
The Accountant will provide varied accounting services to multiple internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
- Enter bank & credit card transactions
- Reconciliations for bank, credit cards, and other accounts
- Payroll, including quarterly and year-end reporting, W-2’s, 1099’s
- Sales tax returns for multiple states
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile multiple intercompany accounts
- Month-end closing entries and reports
- Year-end reporting
Requirements:
- Must possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent time management skills needed; ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; a combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- QuickBooks experience is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate with clients via telephone, email, and in-person
- Ability to work independently with general supervision as well as being a team player
- Exceptional customer service skills are required
